Everyday you'll be prompted to complete your daily log. Once a week you'll complete your weekly log.
Your weekly is different from the daily because it measures: Associated Symptoms, Stress, Interpersonal, Quality of Life, and Functioning.
Your reports provide a visual representation of the information you enter in your daily and weekly logs.
This is where you'll track your key indicators, providing trends over time.
Do I need to log everyday?
By completing your log everyday, your results provide a deeper and steady look at your mental wellbeing.
Missing a day here and there is not a big deal. Just pick up where you left off.
